Cyr wheel is a circus apparatus that consists of one single ring that you can learn to balance on and spin like a coin. In this workshop, students will learn to manipulate, spin and balance in the wheel. No previous experience necessary. Please wear shoes that stay on your feet and have a flat sole.

Dancing On Your Hands Workshop w/ Ariel Mosier & Gregory McElroy

It's handstands, but more fun! Handbalancing is a great cross training tool for aerialists. It helps you with body awareness, control and strength in a much different way than aerial does, and practicing it can help you be a more well rounded acrobat.

The beginning of this workshop is hand balancing techniques and drills; teaching you how to approach handstands, how to fall out of them safely, how to hold them. The other part is how to have fun with it, and how to find movements in a balancing hold, and to help you find graceful transitions between shapes.

Gettin' Creepy Workshop w/ Ariel Mosier & Gregory McElroy

Halloween-inspired movement class taking techniques from dance, capoeira, acrobatics and contortion to creep out your friends and concern your relatives. Get into some creepy grooves with us on this lovely fall afternoon. Bring knee pads if you have them, and wear socks. Please note, this is not an aerial workshop, it is a ground only workshop.
