Ashley Smith: Aerial & Aerial Partnering Instructor

Ashley's love of circus blossomed from her dance background, her innate fearlessness, and her love of heights. With the completion of a Bachelors in Dance, Ashley  took to the air through an apprenticeship with Frequent Flyers Productions. After later completing their Professional Training Track, she  went on to perform with TUI Cruises, Iluminar Aerial, MOTH Poetic Circus, and Aerial Dreamworks.

  Andrew Hill :  Rope Instructor   Growing up as a youth theatre actor and a high-level competitive swimmer in Australia, Andrew combined his love of theatrical and physical performance when he began circus in 2013. Since then, his love and passion for circus has only intensified.  Specializing in corde lisse, Andrew strives to create memorable performances of ingenuity by creating new skills and reimaging old ones. Andrew has travelled all over the globe and trained extensively with world-class coaches from institutions such as l’École Nationale de Cirque (National Circus School) in Montreal, and the National Institute of Circus Arts and Circus Oz in Melbourne.   In addition to rope, Andrew’s disciplines include tissu, looped straps, and contortion.

  Aaron Koz  - Straps,   Aaron Koz is a traveling movement and circus coach, author of The Aerial Spinning Reference Guide, and  He completed his undergrad in neuroscience and is now in the process of pursing a degree in physical therapy. Moving from Washington, D.C. to NYC, he started at Circus Warehouse’s intensive program, and since has studied under elite coaches in SF, Montreal, and Mexico. He draws from his background in neuroscience to augment his work as a coach and personal trainer and collaborates heavily with physical therapists to help augment and structure his teaching offerings. He has performed and taught internationally in places like Ireland and Saudi Arabia. He will be teaching two master classes this summer at the Irish Aerial Arts Festival. During 2018, Aaron is beginning his journey to become a physical therapist, and as such is shadowing physical therapists all over the country to increase his knowledge and understanding of human movement.
